The DU NORD laboratory has provided you with a full-time service dedicated to handling documentation with insurance organizations (CMIM, CNOPS, CNSS, etc.). Finalizing your administrative file involves essential points that must be followed in order for it to be covered by insurance.
Essential points to respect:
No changes to the date of the prescription or performed analyses are allowed.
Coverage must be completed within the validity period, which varies according to your insurance organization.
The price mentioned on the invoice must be the same as declared to your insurance organization.
The prices for medical biology analyses are defined by decree no. 1796_03 of the Ministry of Health dated 14 Jumada II 1426 (21 July 2005). This decree establishes the nomenclature of medical biology analysis acts, which is mandatory for setting and calculating prices in the private sector.
Each analysis act is identified by a numerical code and associated with a coefficient represented by the key letter B.
The fees for medical biology analysis services are calculated by multiplying the monetary value of the key letter B by the coefficient of the analysis or examination.
Currently, the value of the key letter B is set at 1.10 dirhams (conventional rate).
It is important to emphasize that any reduction in these rates goes against the ethics of the profession. Indeed, this could compromise the quality of the analyses and the reliability of the results.
Note that some analyses are not yet registered in the nomenclature table; in this regard, they are considered out of nomenclature (ON) and will not be reimbursed by your insurance organization.
