The DU NORD laboratory welcomes you without an appointment throughout the day.

What documents should I bring to the lab?

- Your doctor's prescription.

- ID card or any form of identification that verifies your full name.

- Valid insurance if you have one.

Can I undergo a test without a prescription?

Most medical tests can be done without a prescription upon request. You will be asked to sign a form specifying your request. These tests will not be covered by Health Insurance or your mutual insurance and will remain your financial responsibility.

You may refuse to undergo certain tests prescribed by your doctor. In that case, you will be asked to sign a form noting this refusal.
